Russell Scott is an internationally recognised producer, conductor, musical director and vocal coach with more than 45 years in the music industry. He has conducted and performed at world-class venues including the Berlin Philharmonie, Royal Albert Hall, London Palladium and Royal Festival Hall, and worked across classical, opera, pop, film and musical theatre. His recording career includes over 100,000 album sales and soundtrack credits including Pirates of the Caribbean and Shrek 2.

Russell is the founder and producer of the World Voices Festival, one of the leading international choral events, welcoming thousands of singers from around the world, and serves as Musical Director of Next Stage Choir. He has produced shows alongside legendary writers including Tim Rice, Don Black, Stephen Schwartz and Leslie Bricusse, led touring productions, and today mentors performers, choir leaders and vocal professionals, helping them achieve world-class performance standards.
